The Conservation Law Foundation (CLF) protects New England's environment for the benefit of all people. A non-profit, member-supported organization, CLF uses the law, science, and the market to solve the region's most challenging environmental problems, from climate change to ocean conservation to transportation. Every day, CLF advocates stand up for New Englanders-in statehouses, courthouses, boardrooms, regulatory hearings, and community gatherings-to forge innovative paths to environmental progress and economic prosperity for all in our region.

As a Director of Climate Justice, you will join a team of passionate individuals dedicated to addressing the urgent challenges facing New England, from climate change to transportation justice and addressing the waste crisis. You will collaborate with community members, civic leaders, and other advocacy groups to advance CLF's mission and create lasting and equitable change across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the VP, Environmental Justice to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for CLF's climate justice work;
• Support the development of partnerships with people and communities most impacted by the issues we work on;
• Collaborate with other senior leaders on the EJ team to identify and implement legal and policy strategies to advance climate justice issues;
• Engage in effective and inclusive management practices that support team members and ensure a healthy and inclusive workplace culture;
