Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Climate Action Director, you'll be responsible for:
• Leading research projects on climate change mitigation and adaptation.
• Conducting risk assessments to evaluate potential climate-related threats.
• Developing carbon sequestration initiatives to achieve our Carbon Neutrality goal by 2030.
• Collaborating with stakeholders from various backgrounds, including government agencies, NGOs, businesses, and communities.

Requirements and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
• A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
• Experience with climate risk models, vulnerability analysis, and project budgeting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific information into clear language.
