Climate Change Program Coordinator

EPIP is seeking a full-time Climate Change Program Coordinator to support the Climate & Clean Energy team in Los Altos, CA. The role involves administrative tasks, communication with grantees, and program development. This position is part of a hybrid work environment, allowing for work from either Los Altos or San Francisco.
About the Position
The Program Associate (PA) role provides essential administrative and program-related support to the Climate & Clean Energy (CCE) team. This includes assisting with daily operations, ensuring seamless communication with grantees, and contributing to the development of new programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for environmental sustainability.
In this full-time position, you will work closely with the current and outgoing PAs to provide comprehensive support to the CCE team's Program Directors and Officers. As part of our hybrid work environment, this role may be located in either our Los Altos or San Francisco office. You will have the opportunity to learn about the fields of climate and clean energy, as well as philanthropy. Your duties will include working closely with the Grants Management team to ensure grantmaking adheres to our policies and procedures.
