We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Forest Carbon Analyst to join our team at Arkansas Talent Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality carbon credits and returning significant value to landowner partners. With a focus on forest carbon modeling, this role offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in forestry or earth sciences, with experience working with forest carbon modeling activities. They will also have advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel, as well as expertise in GIS programs and the USFS Forest Vegetation Simulator (FVS).

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
This role involves supporting forest carbon modeling efforts, developing processes and procedures, and assisting in preparing project data reports and verification documentation. The successful candidate will possess a university degree in forestry or earth sciences, with a strong background in biometrics and statistical analysis. They will also have experience with forest inventories, management plans, and timber harvest plans, as well as the ability to build and cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
