Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management

We are looking for a flexible and creative individual who can lead projects in formulating timely and cost-effective solutions. The ideal candidate must have the desire to work in climate change mitigation and adaptation interventions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Building business cases in climate-related areas, including green/climate finance, and sustainability and responsibility investing (SRI)
• Providing expert climate finance advisory services to clients, including corporations, governments, and financial institutions, on how to mobilize and manage funds aimed at mitigating and adapting to climate change
• Leading project teams in formulating timely and cost-effective solutions, client engagement, business development support, and team management & development
Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have the following mindset and skills sets:
• Flexible and creative mindset; curious and creative individual able to understand quickly the complexities of the client organization's products and markets
• Prior experience in managing projects in similar domains
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent presentation skills
• Well-acquainted with financial modeling and project finance essentials
• Ability to work 'hands-on' and multi-task in an energetic environment
• Ability to present and discuss the research and findings to a high-level audience and industry experts

Academic qualifications & Experience:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
• MBA /Master's degree / CFA Level III certification and a desire to work in the climate space
• Must have relevant 6-10 years of experience in consulting: either management consulting or market research in finance, ESG, climate finance, and carbon markets
• Prior experience with Govt Advisory /PPP, Public Sector Financing with established relationships with relevant stakeholders is highly preferred
