Climate Change Consultant Position

Cadmus is seeking a Climate Change Consultant in Baton Rouge, LA, requiring 5-7 years of experience in research or planning projects, a degree in relevant fields, and expertise in market research and energy efficiency. Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
• Between 5-7 years of experience managing or supporting research or planning projects that include both qualitative and quantitative techniques
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, the social sciences, economics, communications, or a related field
• Industry experience in market research, energy efficiency, utilities, program design, and/or evaluation
• Experience designing and conducting social science research, including interviews, surveys, focus groups, and/or literature reviews
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
