Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Climate Adaptation and Resilience Expert in Costa Mesa, CA. The Project Resilience Specialist will support multidisciplinary teams with infrastructure resilience planning, disaster response, and vulnerability assessments. We are looking for a skilled professional to join our in-house resilience team as a Project Resilience Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support to our multidisciplinary teams on projects that include infrastructure resilience planning, emergency transportation planning, disaster response planning, building, infrastructure, and campus multi-hazard and vulnerability assessments, climate adaptation and resilience planning, development and design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our multidisciplinary teams, gathering and analyzing data, supporting capacity building activities, interpreting and applying applicable local, regional, state, and federal climate adaptation and resilience guidance, policy, or regulations, and providing other research and writing tasks as necessary.
