Purelight Power is seeking a Client Coordinator in Central Point, OR, to be the first contact for prospects interested in renewable energy. The role involves providing information, qualifying clients, and scheduling appointments. Candidates should have 2+ years of sales or customer service experience, and familiarity with office settings. Description

Working closely with the Marketing Team, the Client Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact through the sales process - primarily by phone. All prospects that the Client Coordinator speaks to have inquired to learn more about renewable energy - we DO NOT do any cold calling.

The role of Client Coordinator is vital to the Purelight Power organization, providing crucial information regarding solar and available programs, qualifying clients, and coordinating appointment calendars for all of our Energy Consultants across the company.

Unique Schedule

The weekly schedule would be either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday

Daily shifts are from 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm

Requirements
• Bilingual preferred, not required
• Must be familiar and comfortable in an office setting, utilizing typical and speciality office equipment.
• 2+ years sales or customer service experience
• Be a people-person with a friendly and positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience a plus, but not required
• Trainable and motivated to learn and progress
• Local to Medford/Ashland area
• Previous knowledge about solar is not required
