Client Associate, Registered

UBS is hiring a Client Associate in Bloomington, MN, to manage client information, educate clients on services, prepare reports for meetings, and assist with account documentation. Candidates should have or be willing to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses and possess strong communication skills. The role is full-time and part of the Wealth Management Division, focusing on high net worth clients.

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the necessary documentation for opening new accounts and service requests

We presently have an opportunity in our Bloomington office in our Wealth Management Division. We help high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your expertise

• Series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire
• Prefer 2 years of experience in a same or similar role.
• Bachelor's/Associates degree or equivalent
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented
