Clean Technology Specialist

What We Do:
• Safety: Our team follows Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements, acting as safety champions in accordance with Ecolab's safety policy.
• Wash Process Management: We develop and share expertise in wash process knowledge, including textile whiteness degree and related technologies. We align with marketing on core wash processes and partner with them to design and develop new wash processes. We define and own the wash process portfolio, collect and promote best practices on wash programs, and work in partnership with regional marketing to drive improvement in mix/flat fee.
• Technical Product Launch: Our team provides survey and startup support, participates in field testing launch for new products evaluating them for deficiencies, identifies new product needs and competitive activities/threats.
• Technical Support & Value Delivery: We support and assist territory managers in implementing technical processes, troubleshooting, and new process installations, water and energy projects at customers, and new business. We provide expertise and guidance to customers and employees on product selection, equipment applications, and program setup. We develop and review customers' quality, operation standards, and program gaps, identifying proactive solutions aligned to Ecolab's product/service program portfolio. We provide field and customer training, assist with installation, repair, and system/equipment maintenance, and partner with territory managers to communicate value of process knowledge.

Key Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree or technical degree/diploma in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• 7+ years of technical experience in a related B2B environment with in-depth wash chemistry, laundry knowledge and hygiene, textile experience.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with little direction.
• Strong customer service and analytical skills with ability to translate complex data and imperfect information into a clear strategy and action plan.
• In-depth understanding of Ecolab's product portfolio with mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills with ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Affinity to build relationships at all levels of the organization and externally.
• Experience working with and knowledge of computers (MS Office suite).
• Fluency in English.
