Job Description
Cadmus is seeking a Clean Energy Program Analyst in Santa Fe, NM, to support a federal client in achieving climate and clean energy goals. The role involves managing federal grants for decarbonization strategies, focusing on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable transportation. Responsibilities include program administration, data management, and report generation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience. US citizenship is required.
Overview
What You Will Be Doing
This project requires a motivated analyst to directly support a federal government client seeking to achieve ambitious climate and clean energy goals. You will contribute to clean energy transition and climate solutions through the administration of federal grants funding decarbonization strategies.
You will support grant recipients in the areas of building energy efficiency and electrification, renewable energy technology deployment, sustainable transportation, stakeholder engagement, material development, and outreach.
You'll be working in a team-oriented environment providing program administration, financial tracking, technical, communications, and policy review and analysis support.
You will provide this support throughout the entire grants management lifecycle, from application review to grant closeout.
Please note that this position is for a proposal effort and contingent upon award.

Responsibilities
- Perform programmatic and project management support services to support the operation of a program office and senior management through business operations and analytical functions.
- Manage existing and available data to optimize performance of programs and business functions; maintain a working knowledge of the concepts for evaluating, recording, implementing, maintaining and enhancing programmatic support and control systems.
- Assist in evaluating and identifying relevant business data; use a variety of computer programs to compile information to ensure all applicable data is stored and available for use.
- Assist with providing information in the form of reports, information guides, spreadsheets and other customer administrative documents and business tasks.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, public administration or a related discipline.
- Five years of relevant experience; a master's degree in a related discipline may substitute for two years of experience.
- Must be able to create presentations using visual depictions of data, graphs, and charts; be comfortable working independently; possess strong communication and analytical skills.
- Must have good time management skills to meet deadlines; strong attention to detail; and the ability to self-edit and quality-check all work.
- Able to pass a U.S. federal government background check and public trust clearance process - US Citizenship is required.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $75,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
