The Clean Energy team at WRA seeks an Attorney or Senior Attorney to join our ranks. This role will involve representing the organization in state-level administrative proceedings, as well as state and federal litigation, under the guidance of a senior team member.

The selected candidate will manage a docket of regulatory litigation primarily before state electric utility regulatory agencies, identifying opportunities to advance WRA's policy goals in various regulatory proceedings, and executing actions to secure those outcomes.

The position may work remotely in one of the states where the Clean Energy Program is active, in one of our offices, or a hybrid of both, depending on the specific requirements of the role.

This position requires travel to meetings, conferences, proceedings, and other work-related events within the relevant state, which may be up to 20% depending on the location of work and caseload.
