Class A/B Experienced Automotive Technician

Green Mountain Auto World is seeking a Class A/B Experienced Automotive Technician in Lakewood, CO. The role involves performing automotive diagnostics and repairs, focusing on quality service. Overview

Large facility. Pay will be based on experience. Must be willing to perform repairs as simple as Tire-rotation, wheel alignment, mount and balance, tpms, fluid flushes, brakes and suspension. Our shop is very low-key, being non-corporate, we are very quality over quantity minded.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, with the ability to work on various vehicle systems including powertrain and electrical components. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to guide repair processes effectively.
- Operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently during repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair status.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair. To include Braking and suspension systems, starting and charging systems, Emissions and evaporative systems
- Strong knowledge of powertrain systems and automotive diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems.
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to Service Writer.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position.
