Enertis Applus+ is seeking a Civil/Mechanical Lead for a full-time onsite position in Alabama. The role involves overseeing civil and mechanical construction activities for utility-scale PV solar projects, including site grading, drainage, and tracker installation. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in solar civil construction or heavy civil projects, with familiarity in geotechnical reports and civil testing procedures.

Role:

The Civil/Mechanical Lead will oversee all civil and mechanical construction activities including site grading, roads, drainage, foundations, and tracker installation.




Key Responsibilities

Monitor earthwork, grading, and drainage constructionVerify installation of culverts, stormwater systems, and erosion controlInspect equipment foundations and concrete placementReview pile driving logs and tracker installationWitness geotechnical testing and compaction testingTrack civil quality documentation and NCRs


Requirements

7+ years experience in solar civil construction or heavy civil projectsExperience with tracker foundations and solar site developmentFamiliarity with geotechnical reports and civil testing procedures
