What You'll Be Doing
• Lead the charge in designing and managing land development projects from blueprint to reality.
• Ensure project milestones are met with excellence, aligning with time and budget targets.
• Review designs for adherence to standards and client vision, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
• Foster strong partnerships with clients as a trusted engineering consultant, navigating proposals and contract development.
• Pioneer the creation of comprehensive construction packages, optimized scheduling, and meticulous on-site management.
• Serve as the pivotal link between HBK and clients, guiding engineering efforts with finesse and expertise.

What We're Looking For
• A Civil Engineering graduate with a vision for seamless urban development.
• A licensed Professional Engineer in PA, IL, IA, with flexibility to extend licensure as needed.
• Adept in AutoCAD or MicroStation, alongside Microsoft Office mastery.
• Seven-plus years of immersive design experience in land development projects.
• Proven competence in crafting and executing construction packages and schedules.
• A seasoned communicator skilled in liaising between firm and client with leadership flair.
• A critical eye for assessing and elevating design work from fellow professionals.
• Involvement in the pioneering fields of electrical vehicle charging or renewable energy solutions.
• Commitment to uphold HBK's standards, as evidenced by passing our standard background and drug tests.
