Job Summary

Highly motivated and experienced Civil Lead with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in the Renewable sector (at least 5 years of minimum Wind sector exp). Proven expertise in managing renewable energy projects with a focus on civil works execution, structural engineering and should understand design elements of Civil works. Possess a strong track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Skilled in project management, quality control, and contractor management. Committed to ensuring adherence to HSE compliances and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Job Responsibilities
• Renewable Energy Projects: Successfully handle multiple renewable energy projects pan-India, overseeing civil works from start to finish.
• Civil Works Execution: Spearhead the execution of civil works; large concrete foundations (up to 300 cubic meters), WBM roads, small culverts, concrete platforms, other civil structures etc.
• Structural Engineering: Collaborate with the design team to ensure the integration of wind turbine design, surface design, and assembly. Provide valuable assistance in foundation structural designs and re-designing as required.
• Ready Mix and Batching Plant Calibration: Manage and oversee the calibration of ready mix and batching plants, ensuring accurate and efficient concrete production.
• Project Management: Effectively manage projects with respect to civil responsibilities, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all civil works meet the highest standards and comply with relevant regulations.
• Supervision: Provide on-site supervision and support to construction teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Contractor Management: Collaborate with contractors and vendors, fostering strong working relationships to achieve project goals.
• HSE Compliances: Prioritize health, safety, and environmental compliances throughout all stages of the projects.
• Control Documents: Maintain accurate and up-to-date control documents, ensuring proper documentation and archiving of project-related information.

Qualifications
• Relevant Experience: Possess 16-18 years of extensive experience in the renewable/energy sector (at least 5 years in Wind), with a focus on civil engineering for renewable energy projects.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with global team members of the company.
• Wind Turbine Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of wind turbine design, surface design, and assembly integration.
• Design-Focused: Be a design-focused individual with a keen eye for detail. Able to provide valuable input into foundation structural designs and re-designing processes.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in using software tools such as AutoCAD, Creo, Unigraphics NX/UGNX, MS Projects, and MS Office to streamline project workflows and enhance productivity.
