Civil Engineer – Renewable Energy Projects

Seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer with experience in solar, wind, battery storage, and other renewable energy projects. This role offers full project management responsibility from kickoff to closeout.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle project execution and team coordination
• Develop PM plans, JSAs, and lead kickoff meetings
• Track scope, schedule, staffing, and budget
• Manage budgets and billing using internal software
• Provide weekly client updates and oversee QA/QC
• Prepare and manage proposals, RFQs, and RFPs
• Mentor and motivate project teams
• Navigate permitting and municipal approvals
• Support business development and marketing initiatives
• Represent the firm in professional and community settings

Qualifications
• PE License required
• Experience with renewable energy infrastructure
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in PM and design software
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations
• Business development mindset and client focus
