Chief Sustainability Officer

Our client is seeking a dynamic leader to lead their sustainability initiatives and strategic direction. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating sustainable practices throughout our organization and influencing our corporate culture towards environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies that align with corporate goals.
• Champion sustainability initiatives across all levels of the organization.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainability and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze sustainability performance metrics and report findings to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices.
• Lead sustainability training and awareness programs for employees.
• Act as a representative and advocate for sustainability in external engagements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field;
• Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in sustainability leadership roles with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability best practices, regulations, and reporting standards.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and inspire change at all organizational levels.
• Experience in corporate sustainability initiatives and project management.
