Sustainable Design and Green Architecture Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Green Building Consultant to lead innovative, environmentally responsible projects.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA certification systems, as well as a strong commitment to advancing green building practices.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out feasibility studies for project certification
• Convey and explain green building concepts to clients
• Perform gap analysis in design and suggest improvements to meet targeted levels of certification
• Coordinate with simulation teams and propose energy conservation measures
• Review project progress and communicate with stakeholders
• Document pre- and final certification of the project

Requirements:
• Green Building Certification: LEED, GRIHA, or IGBC
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Energy simulation knowledge desirable
• Good understanding of building MEP systems
