We are seeking a dynamic and driven Green Building Consultant to join our team and lead innovative, environmentally responsible projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of LEED/IGBC/GRIHA certification systems and a strong commitment to advancing green building practices.

Job Location- Kolkata/ Mumbai/Hyderabad

Responsibilities:
• Carry out Feasibility study of the project for certification.
• Conveying and explaining green building concepts to clients.
• Do gap analysis in design and suggest improvements to meet targeted level of certification.
• Coordinate with Simulation team and propose Energy Conservation Measures in the project.
• Review of Project’s progress and communicate to all the stake holders.
• Documentation for pre and final certification of the project.

Requirement:
• Green Building Certification- LEED/GRIHA/IGBC
• 2+ Yrs of Relevant Experience
• Dip / Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Energy Simulation knowledge desirable
• Good understanding of building MEP systems
