Crescendo Global is hiring a Chief Manager-Green Building Consultant with over 2 years of experience for their Mumbai, Hyderabad, or Kolkata locations. The role involves executing Green Building projects, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with LEED/IGBC/GRIHA standards. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering, be BEE Certified, and possess knowledge of Green Building concepts. This is a full-time position based in India.

Summary: This role is designed for experienced Green Building Consultant / Facilitation professionals with expertise in Green Building projects. The candidate must possess a thorough understanding of LEED/IGBC or GRIHA Green Building Rating Systemsacross various typologies.

Location: Mumbai/ Hyderabad/ Kolkata

Responsibilities:
• Executing Green Building projects under various rating programs viz LEED/IGBC/GRIHA
• Coordination with clients and incorporating Green features into project
• Documentation as per LEED/IGBC/GRIHA requirement
• Carry out Feasibility study of the project for certification
• Conveying and explaining green building concepts to clients
• Do gap analysis in design and suggest improvements to meet targeted level of certification.
• Attending review meetings and making presentation to clients
• Coordinate with Simulation team and propose Energy Conservation Measures in the project.
• Conduct design/tender review to ensure incorporation of Green requirements in design.
• Conducting site visits and coordinating with Contractors for compliance on site requirements.
• Review of Project’s progress and communicate to all the stake holders
• Documentation for pre and final certification of the project.
• Working on review replies and ensuring targeted level

Requirement:
• 2+ Yrs of relevant experience
• Dip / Degree in Engineering
• BEE Certified Energy Manager / Auditor
• LEED AP
• Knowledge / Understanding of LEED ratings, Energy Simulation, Ref. Std. Energy Efficiency desirable
