Job Title: Chief Manager - Water Management

As the Chief Manager of Water Management at Wonderla Holidays, you will be responsible for overseeing the water conservation and management efforts at our water park and resorts. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our water usage is sustainable and efficient, while also maintaining the highest standards of water quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement water conservation strategies to reduce water usage and improve efficiency
Monitor and analyze water usage data to identify areas for improvement
Oversee the maintenance and operation of water treatment and filtration systems
Collaborate with external partners and organizations to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations
Lead and mentor a team of water management specialists

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in environmental engineering, water resources management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in water management, preferably in a hospitality or recreational setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of water treatment and filtration systems
Understanding of environmental regulations and standards
