## Purpose of the Job
The Charging Infrastructure and Renewable Energy Specialist will be responsible for planning, deploying, and managing EV charging stations, implementing on-site solar PV panels, establishing battery swapping stations, and procuring renewable energy certificates. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and excellent project management skills to ensure the successful integration of renewable energy solutions across the company's operations.
## Job Description
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the deployment of EV charging stations.
• Coordinate with country-specific teams and station managers to ensure consistent and efficient implementation.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of charging stations to optimize their usage and efficiency.
• Design and oversee the installation of solar photovoltaic panels at logistics hubs and charging infrastructure.
• Ensure the integration of solar energy systems to power operations, reducing reliance on non-renewable energy sources.
• Conduct regular maintenance and performance assessments of solar PV systems.
• Plan and establish battery swapping stations to minimize downtime for the last-mile fleet.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the seamless integration of battery swapping solutions.
• Monitor the performance and efficiency of battery swapping stations to ensure optimal fleet management.
• Identify and procure renewable energy certificates to support the company's commitment to clean energy.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of renewable energy certificate transactions.
## Job Requirements - Experience and Education
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and deploying EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and battery swapping technology.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
