Job Description

Rabobank is seeking a Change Manager for its Global FEC Sanctions team in Utrecht, Netherlands. You and your job

As Change Manager in the Global FEC Sanctions Change & Portfolio team, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing change initiatives across the Global FEC Sanctions organization. You will leverage your Lean Black Belt expertise to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure successful implementation of change projects. In this, you support Economic Sanctions Monitoring and Name and Transaction Screening Operations teams.

Practical examples

Conduct impact assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.

Utilize Lean methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management plans.

Lead and manage change initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Stakeholder management on senior level

Provide coaching and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and practices.

Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

You and your talent

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);

Lean Black Belt certification is required;

Proven experience in change management, with a track record of successfully leading and implementing change initiatives;

Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and tools;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

Good command of English in both speaking and writing, Dutch is a pre but not required.
