Change Management Specialist

Akkodis is hiring three Organizational Change Management Analysts for a mid-sized tech firm in Boston, MA. The role involves ensuring task accuracy, identifying improvement opportunities, and managing change requests. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in Change Management and IT. Akkodis has a need for 3 Organizational change management analysts for a mid sized software firm in the tech industry. The job will pay between $50 per hour to $75 her hour. We are only able to respond to candidates who can work on a w/2 basis at this point.

This Organizational Change Management Analyst will ensure accuracy of tasks according to plan within allotted deliverable turnaround time. They will be responsible for helping to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, delivering value to customers (internal and external), ensuring appropriate customer satisfaction, managing or being an active stakeholder on internal projects, work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task regularly. They will work across the enterprise to facilitate and ensure process compliance for both planned and unplanned change requests.

Top Skills/Background
• 3+ years of experience in Change Management, Business analysis, and data reporting
• Experience working in Information technology
• Experience with organizational change initiatives and how to prepare people for technology change

Key Responsibilities:
• Central starting point for instituting change management in the group
• Continually review and improve and/or create new Change Management team documentation to ensure all processes are up-to-date and documented
• Schedules and allocates change and service requests in a timely manner to delivery resources
• Regularly works with functional managers to optimize task utilization
• Escalates requests to management when there are resource constraints or unknown request inquiries
• Good business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• Active participant in cross-functional Change Management team projects
• Independently manages projects related to Change Management, scheduling functions or Infrastructure Operations
• Supports OCM implementation
