Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our solar installation team. In this role, you'll work on residential solar projects, focusing on the installation and connection of all electrical components on the ground side of the system.

Responsibilities:
• Install and wire PV meters, inverters, electrical disconnects, and conduit
• Read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and technical documents
• Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with local, state, and national codes
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to solar systems
• Coordinate with inspectors and sit inspections as needed
• Collaborate with project managers and installation crews to ensure timely project completion

Requirements:
• Valid Journeyman Electrician License
• Minimum 1 year of solar experience in the field preferred
• Ability to install and terminate electrical components safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with NEC, local codes, and OSHA safety standards
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
