Certified Remediation & Restoration Technician

Premier Construction Management Group is seeking Certified Remediation & Restoration Technicians in San Diego, CA. Candidates must have IICRC certification, experience in drywall, paint, and water loss repairs, and customer service skills. The role includes on-call duties and requires a clean driving record. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25 - $32, full benefits, and a company vehicle.

We are growing and looking for Certified Remediation Technicians.

Experience / Qualifications:

Must be a IICRC certified or have the knowledge to test to obtain certification.Must have trade experience and knowledge in drywall, paint, and preferably minor carpentryPrevious experience in residential water loss. Understanding and following proper protocol for water, mold and fire repairs. Knowledge of proper moisture mapping and documentation. Experience in equipment setting, usage, monitoring and inventory is required. Previous experience in setting containments, demo, sample tagging, prep and cleaning for air testing.Must have clean diving record, with the ability to drive company vehicles. Reliable and dependable for daily work assignments. Required to work on call and after hours as part of the EMS team. Must have common tools to perform daily assignments. Customer Service experience is required, must be able to discuss remediation concerns, and needed corrections with clients and management daily. Previous documentation, estimating and report writing a plus. Flooring repairs a plus. (carpet kick back, stretching, and pad installation) Previous other trade repair knowledge is a plus.We offer a competitive hourly wage ($25 - $32 DOE), full benefits, company vehicle and gas card.
