Responsibilities:
• Drive tractor-trailers and prioritize safety and efficiency on the road.
• Verify the vehicle's fitness for travel by conducting detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Optimize delivery routes for better performance and adherence to time-sensitive deadlines.
• Ensure the safe transportation of goods by following appropriate handling and packaging guidelines.
• Sustain a clear and uniform line of communication with dispatchers and customers.
• Accurately document hours worked and perform routine vehicle maintenance checks consistently.
• Follow the safety regulations and guidelines as instructed by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Uphold compliance standards by promptly reporting any vehicle-related issues, occurrences, or violations.

Qualifications:
• Holding a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Pristine driving history without any major infractions.
• Abiding by the DOT's requirements for physical fitness evaluations and drug screenings.
• Being skilled in time management and organization is advantageous.
• Skill set in securely handling and transporting significant or oversized loads with proficiency.
• Well-versed in customer service, particularly in the art of building and maintaining relationships.
• Emphasizing the importance of following safety protocols and complying with regulations, particularly in regard to reporting incidents in a timely manner.

Experience Levels Accepted:
• CDL Trainees
• CDL School Graduates
• Participants in our structured 12-week training program for new commercial drivers, designed to accelerate skill development for drivers with experience ranging from three months to five years.

Preferred Experience:
• Skillfulness in handling different types of trailers, which may include dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, and tanker trailers.
• Familiarity with executing tasks involving multiple unit processes, combination vehicle functionalities, and various transportation modalities.
• Proficient in the transportation of household goods and specific shipments.
