Responsibilities:
• Safety should be the top priority when driving tractor-trailers on the road.
• Thoroughly inspect the vehicle before starting a trip and after completing it to ensure that it is in good working order.
• Develop strategic routing plans to maximize efficiency and guarantee on-time delivery performance.
• Abide by regulations governing the proper handling and packaging of goods to secure their transportation.
• Foster open lines of communication with both dispatchers and clients throughout the delivery process.
• Document the exact hours worked and routine maintenance tasks for vehicles.
• Abide by the safety guidelines outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) to ensure the welfare of employees and the safe transportation of goods
• Promptly disclose any vehicle troubles, events, or transgressions to secure adherence to regulations.

Qualifications:
• An active Class A commercial driver鈥檚 license (CDL) is a must.
• Maintaining a spotless driving history. Adhering to DOT physical examination and drug testing criteria.
• Strong skills in time allocation and task synchronization.
• Skilled in the safe and productive conveyance of heavy and oversized goods.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a knack for establishing long-term client rapport.
• Upholding a strict commitment to safety requirements and regulatory standards, which includes promptly reporting incidents when they occur.

Experience Levels Accepted:
• CDL Trainees
• CDL School Participants
• Entry-Level Commercial Drivers
• A comprehensive 12-week training schedule aimed at expediting the learning process for individuals at different experience levels, which could vary from three months to over five years

Preferred Experience:
• Skill in operating diverse trailer types, such as dry van, refrigerated (reefer), flatbed, and tanker units.
• Experience with handling multiple hauls, employing intermodal logistics, and transporting automobiles.
• Skill in dealing with household goods and specialized merchandise.
