Responsibilities:
• Maneuver tractor-trailers while placing significant importance on both road safety and operational efficiency.
• Prior to starting the trip and upon finishing it, conduct rigorous inspections to validate the vehicle's readiness for the road.
• Strategically analyze and adjust delivery routes to meet deadlines and enhance operational efficiency.
• Follow the necessary protocols for handling and packaging to protect goods during transportation.
• Maintain lucid and consistent communication with both dispatchers and customers.
• Keep careful records of work hours and perform scheduled vehicle maintenance reviews.
• Follow the safety regulations and guidelines as instructed by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Promptly reporting vehicle issues, incidents, or violations is crucial for maintaining compliance.

Qualifications:
• Possessing an authentic Class A Commercial Driver鈥檚 License (CDL).
• Clear driving record devoid of any serious offenses.
• Meeting the Department of Transportation's (DOT) physical and drug screening criteria.
• Having strong skills in time management and organization is essential.
• Skill in effectively handling and conveying large or unusually big shipments.
• Skilled in delivering outstanding customer service and prioritizing the development of relationships.
• Demonstrating a dedication to safety measures and regulatory adherence, emphasizing the importance of promptly reporting incidents.

Experience Levels Accepted:
• CDL Trainees
• CDL School Graduates
• Participants in our structured 12-week training program for new commercial drivers, designed to accelerate skill development for drivers with experience ranging from three months to five years.

Preferred Experience:
• Aptitude in driving different trailer configurations, like dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, and tanker trailers.
