Natural Factors is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Formsetter in Huntsville, ON. The role involves building and installing structural formwork for concrete structures, requiring knowledge of heavy construction practices and safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have advanced formwork experience, particularly with Doka or Logo systems. This is a full-time position with no degree required.

The Carpenter/Formsetter will be responsible for building, restoring, and installing structural formwork from wood or metal forms for concrete structures. This role requires knowledge of the heavy construction industry, including practices, procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, and safety.
• Construct chutes, forms, and align form panels for pouring concrete
• Fill form with concrete material, compact with tamper/compactor to required grade
• Observe and comply with all health and safety regulations

The ideal candidate will have advanced formwork experience, specifically with Doka or Logo form systems, and be able to operate required equipment safely and responsibly.
