About the role

The Thomas Elder Sustainable Agriculture team is embarking on an exciting period of growth and now we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Carbon Farming Program Manager to join us and help drive growth in our carbon farming services to clients across Australia.
Responsibilities*:
As the Carbon Farming Program Manager, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of Elders carbon farming strategy, aligning activity of the carbon farming team with business goals and market trends- Oversee a portfolio of carbon farming projects, from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the extensive Elders network to drive project success and foster a culture of innovation- Oversee financial performance of carbon farming projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements- Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for carbon farming- Position Elders as a leading provider of carbon farming services and solutions

About you

To succeed at Elders, you will have:
- Demonstrated project management and delivery experience- Experience with carbon farming - particularly ACCU methods aligned to enhancing Australian agriculture- Practical understanding of relevant carbon farming stakeholders (technical, commercial and regulatory)- Solid Financial, Project Management and reporting ability- Relevant tertiary qualifications (i.e. Project Management, Agronomy, Soil Science, Natural Resource Management, or GIS)
