Up to £55k DOE | Growing Technical Environment Consultancy

Our client, a leading and expanding environment consultancy with a 25-year track record, is seeking a Carbon Accounting - Technical Lead to join their team in the picturesque area near Exmoor in Somerset.
Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver carbon accounting services to existing long-term clients
• Develop new opportunities for growth in the verification of emissions against various standards and methodologies across projects from diverse industries and geographies
• Promote growth in life cycle assessment offering and expand it to include Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) services
• Continue to grow services in the built environment across infrastructure development projects
Skills & Qualifications Requirements:
• Experience in whole-life carbon management related to infrastructure development, products, and processes
• Familiarity with multiple approaches to carbon measurement and assessment on projects
• Understanding and application of carbon accounting methodologies, including guidance documents such as PAS 2080:2016, and PAS2060, as well as knowledge of carbon calculation accounting and life cycle assessment tools like OneClick LCA, Etool, and EC3
• Experience working on various carbon and climate projects
