Senior Project Manager Role
PacifiCorp is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead high-risk projects, requiring significant resources and functional integration. As a senior project manager, you will oversee the entire project life cycle, from initiation to close, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple large-scale capital projects, including design, financial planning, permitting, and construction. They will assemble and manage multifunctional matrixed project teams across business platforms, coordinate team efforts, assign tasks, and develop detailed project plans and schedules. Additionally, they will ensure project cost, scope, schedule, and risk are established and tracked, and plan, schedule, and execute all phases of projects in accordance with project management processes, policies, and guidelines.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, with at least five years of related professional experience. They must possess proficient project scheduling, cost control, tracking, and reporting methodologies, as well as knowledge of financial principles to quantify costs and benefits of projects. The successful candidate will also have experience in managing vendors and contractors, excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills, and demonstrated business management skills.
