A company is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing third-party capital financing for solar development.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of third-party capital including construction debt, term debt, and tax equity financingMaintain relationships with investors through presentations and diligence requestsCoordinate with Legal and Structuring departments to ensure accuracy in project data rooms and materialsRequired Qualifications1-3 years of relevant experience in clean tech, energy, or related sectors; solar experience preferred1-3 years of relevant Investment Banking experience preferredBachelor's Degree required in Math, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fieldsRobust financial modeling skillsUnrestricted authorization to work in the U.S
