Job description: Work to protect bees in our citizen outreach and field manager positions. Currently, almost a quarter of bumblebee species are at risk of going extinct, including the American bumblebee. A big reason for this are pesticides called neonics. And worse, seed companies are now coating seeds with these poisons. We know the chemical industry is working hard to keep these pesticides in use. That’s why in our Denver office, we're working to support a ban on seeds that are coated with these bee-killing pesticides. Work to stop plastic pollution in our citizen outreach and field manager positions.
