Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Campaign Manager to lead high-impact awareness and outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in campaign strategy, stakeholder engagement, and public mobilization. They will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing initiatives that promote sustainability, renewable energy adoption (PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojna), and informed consumption.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns (digital, on-ground, print, media) to promote sustainability and net zero initiatives.
• Organize awareness programs for renewable energy adoption, climate action, and green living.
• Maintain a campaign calendar with key milestones and engagement strategies.
• Ensure alignment with Net Zero India’s mission and climate goals.

Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with government agencies, policymakers, industry partners, NGOs, and community leaders.
• Work with media partners, influencers, and content creators to amplify campaign messages.
• Engage MSMEs, businesses, and local communities in sustainability initiatives.

Digital & Offline Marketing
• Leverage social media, email marketing, and online platforms to expand campaign reach.
• Organize on-ground events, workshops, and educational programs for target audiences.
• Create content for awareness materials, including blogs, videos, infographics, and reports.

Monitoring & Impact Measurement
• Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and impact reports.
• Optimize campaigns based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare periodic reports on campaign effectiveness for leadership review.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:
• Experience: 3–7 years in campaign management, public relations, marketing, or sustainability initiatives.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies and grassroots organizations.
• Passion for sustainability, climate action, and renewable energy.

Preferred:
• Experience in climate advocacy, public policy, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
