SUMMARY

Partner Engineering and Science is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Services Coordinator (BSC) to support our ALTA Survey Division. This role is critical to managing a high volume of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), coordinating proposal activity, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery of proposals daily in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Conduct property research to support accurate scoping and quotingCommunicate with land surveyors to obtain pricing, timelines, and required informationTrack proposal status and follow up to ensure timely completionManage and track a high volume of proposal requests dailyCoordinate multiple deadlines and priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environmentMaintain organized records and tracking systems for all proposal activityCommunicate as needed with Relationship Managers, peers, and business partners to support client needsWhat We’re Looking For

Strong ability to manage high-volume work with accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet tight deadlinesSelf-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and follow-throughCustomer-focused mindset with a strong sense of urgencyQualifications

3+ years of administrative, coordination, or operations experienceBachelor’s degree preferred, not requiredExperience in engineering, construction, real estate, or related field is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe AcrobatPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend EnglishMust be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephoneVisual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screenRequires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.COMPENSATION

Salary range is $20 to $22 per hour. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.

The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
