Purpose of the Role

The People Business Partner is a strategic partner to a business group within the company. They coach and advise managers using data and logic to drive business results with a focus on people and they support a great employee experience. The People Business Partner works with the People and Culture team and leaders and employees in one or multiple business groups.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• You have - years of previous experience in Human Resources
• You possess Creative problem-solving skills to address a wide range of possible issues
• You have Strong project management skillset; team-oriented and collaborative

Bonus Skills and Qualifications
• You have experience working in clean technology or manufacturing industry
