Bluewave New Energy Technology is seeking a Business Growth Associate in Ikeja, Nigeria. The role involves customer acquisition and retention, meeting sales targets, and building customer relationships. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or HND, a proven sales record, and strong communication skills. The position offers a salary of ₦150,000 plus commission and is full-time.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition and retention.

Job Description:
• Actively engage potential customers in various locations to acquire new prospects.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline.
• Proven track record of sales success and a desire to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary: ₦150,000 (Broken into Basic, KPI Bonus & Operation Allowance)
• Commission-based earnings on successful sales
