Responsibilities
• Lead a team in developing climate-related strategic and analytical materials for senior management and the board of directors.

• Provide recurring and ad hoc insights and analytics on climate-related topics to support various business lines and internal partners.

• Analyze and benchmark Capital One's performance against industry competitors on climate-related topics.

• Monitor global events to inform senior leadership on their impact on Capital One's climate strategy.

• Provide strategic leadership backed by strong data and quantitative analytics.

• Challenge leadership and senior partners on climate-related issues.

• Manage and lead a team of business analysts, coaching and mentoring associates.

• Manage a set of analytical tools and data sources.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 7 years of experience in analysis
