Position:
As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving Ion Solar’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and delivering tailored solar solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and present customized solar solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed growth targets
• Maintain a strong understanding of Ion Solar products and industry trends
• Track and manage sales activities through CRM tools
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales or business development experience (preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
