Location : Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental
We need : (1) BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture major in Animal Science, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, preferably in the livestock or agribusiness sector.
• Experience in swine or broiler farming operations is highly desirable.
• Drives 4-wheeled vehicles and possesses valid driver's license
• Willing to be assigned/relocate anywhere in Northern Mindanao
• Flexible, highly adaptive and willing to learn
• Able to work in a multi-national working environment

JOB SUMMARY :
• The Business Development Officer for Livestock (Swine and Broiler Farms) will focus on identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities to drive growth and profitability in the livestock sector. This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, market analysis, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of initiatives.
• Expand the Business in Opening Contract Growing Farms and Lease Farm for both Swine and Broiler Farms.
