We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive retail and distribution partnerships for an innovative eco-friendly product line. This full-time, remote role offers flexibility, with some availability required for international time zones.

Full-time: Remote (UK working hours), independent contractor role

Starting Date: ASAP

Monthly Starting Salary: $1120-1600 USD per month

Responsibilities:
• Identify and pitch to potential retailers and distributors
• Build relationships with buyers, send samples, and negotiate deals
• Drive volume sales in the UK and globally (UAE as a secondary market)
• Develop compelling B2B sales materials
• Onboard new retail partners and provide product education
• Handle occasional B2B and B2C customer service inquiries

Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (FMCG, retail, or sustainability preferred), at least 2 years
• Strong communication skills and confidence in pitching to buyers
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize leads, and drive results
• Passion for sustainability and green consumer products
• Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint) for sales materials are a plus
