The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new growth opportunities and build strong client relationships. You will work with a high-performing team to drive strategic partnerships, develop pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and assess new business opportunities
• Develop and nurture partnerships with utilities, investors, and local stakeholders
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage end-to-end deal execution
• Conduct market analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with technical, legal, and project teams to ensure project viability
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
What We’re Looking For
• Proven track record in business development within the renewables or energy sector
• Strong knowledge of Australia’s onshore wind, solar, and/or storage sectors, with an established industry network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sustainability
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
