## Business Development Manager, Clean Energy

This individual contributor role is responsible for driving growth in Dynapower’s Clean Energy business segments. You will focus on identifying, developing, and expanding customer and partner opportunities. Working cross-functionally with sales leadership, applications engineering, and product teams, you will translate customer requirements into commercial opportunities. Your contributions will include market intelligence, deal strategy support, and influencing product direction, positioning Dynapower as a trusted provider in the Power Conversion Systems market.

Your responsibilities include new account development within an established geographic territory or product line, connecting and engaging new potential clients and prospects, and building a strong and consistent pipeline of new business. You will analyze customer needs to suggest appropriate products and services, innovate sales skills and knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customers, and identify efficiency opportunities such as distributor dashboards.

We require a university degree (Bachelor’s) or equivalent relevant work experience. You must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands. Strong communication skills—oral, written, and presentation—are essential, along with strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results. You should hold strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity, and hold yourself accountable to achieving goals and standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Power. Point, and Excel) is required. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and external customers. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 50% is expected. Demonstrated experience and strong working knowledge of power electronics are required. Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is preferred. Familiarity with rectifiers, power systems, and/or defense industry applications is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $97,040.00 to $133,430.00. At Sensata, our employees are key to our success, and we recognize that each individual brings their own unique experience.
