Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team, with a strong industrial background. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving sales growth, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the industrial sector. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to achieve revenue targets and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive company growth.
• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust business strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with potential clients to ensure business success.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business development progress and achievements.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the industrial sector.
• Proven track record in managing sales and business development in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of the industrial market, customer needs, and challenges.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with teams.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with international business development and exposure to global markets.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, or technology solutions.
• Ability to understand technical products and solutions and communicate them effectively to clients.
• Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring junior sales teams.

Pay: ₹30,999.00 - ₹34,999.00 per month
