RFI Technology Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in DAS and IBC solutions. We are currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager, third party infrastructure to drive growth and expand our DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) and IBC (In-Building Coverage) solutions. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and collaborating with technical / engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge wireless solutions.

About the role

Business growth and strategy
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the DAS and IBC business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, enterprise, healthcare, hospitality and public sector markets.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

Client acquisition and relationship management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with building owners, general contractors, carriers and enterprise customers.
• Educate customers on the benefits of DAS and IBC solutions, tailoring proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Project and solution development
• Collaborate with engineering team to design and propose customised DAS and IBC solutions.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Keep up to date with industry regulations, technologies and best practice.

Partnership and vendor management
• Develop partnerships with equipment vendors, integrators and network providers.
• Work closely with carriers to secure approvals and funding for DAS deployments.

Sales and reporting
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline development and market feedback.
• Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports.

About you
• You will ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the wireless industry.
• Proven track record in selling DAS, IBC, Small Cells or related wireless infrastructure solutions.
• Strong understanding of RF design, wireless network architecture and telecom regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
