Business Development Opportunity

This is a rare chance to play a crucial part in driving growth for CDMO services across Italy. As Business Development Director, you will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities with prospects and targets, building and nurturing relationships with new and current customers, executing strategic sales plans, collaborating with internal teams, and staying on top of market trends.

About the Role:
• Identify and develop business opportunities in Italy's CDMO sector.
• Become a key point of contact for existing and potential clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Collaborate closely with project management, quality assurance, manufacturing, and technical teams to drive business success.
• Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to make informed decisions.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within CDMO or pharmaceutical manufacturing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in English and Italian.
