Basic understanding of solar EPC: modules, inverters, structure, BoS Ability to read bills, analyze load profiles, and understand plant sizing Strong research and outbound calling capability Self-driven with high follow-up discipline Great negotiations skills, fluency in both English or Hindi or regional language An attitude to get things done, problem solving skills, Passionate for achieving goals Rigorous follow-up and Negotiation Skills to build relationship with Client. Must have own vehicles, Travel is must for this role
